Are you crunched for time to get to the gym? We have the solution! Our 30-minute workout classes! Our combination of exercise blocks feature a mix of strength, high intensity and muscular stamina work guaranteed to get you in amazing shape – fast!

The 30-minute Fitness Program is a combination of mini-workouts – We call them “blocks” – that feature a mix of strength, high intensity and muscular stamina work guaranteed to get you in amazing shape fast! Also included is access to our FREE Saturday 10 am strength program, FREE mobility & flexibility, and nutritional guides as well as discounts on our other classes and seminars!

Times
We offer the 30-minute classes at 5 pm and 5:30 pm Monday-Friday.

$80 for eight classes.

The Fine Print
No long-term membership required. Come as many days as you like in any timeframe. You must register for every class at least 1 hour before class. No unregistered drop-ins. Classes expire 60 days from the date of purchase. All classes must be used by the same person. Schedules are subject to change. This class may be re-purchased at any time.

Instruction & workout briefing (Approx. 5 minutes)
Every workout session, we’ll show you what to do and how to perform it safely, with good technique.

The Warm-up (Approx. 5 minutes)
Get ready to go with a specialized set of warm-up movements designed to get you ready for what’s next! revs up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temperature and increasing blood flow to your muscles. It also helps reduce muscle soreness and lessen your risk of injury.

The Workout (10-15 minutes)
a combination of different exercise blocks that feature a mix of strength, high intensity and muscular stamina work guaranteed to get you in shape fast!

The Cool down (Approx. 5 minutes)

The cool down is designed to bring you back down to a more moderate level of physical activity, by gradually bringing your heart rate and breathing and body temperature back to normal. This prevents fainting or dizziness and removes waste products which can build up during vigorous activity.
